Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were initially very dirty and worn down, but an hour after the check-in time, they were clean and comfortable. The service, particularly from Jonathan, was not as responsive as expected, especially when asking for something in the dining room, leading to longer waiting times compared to other places we've visited in Israel. On the bright side, the service in other areas like room service, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance was very helpful and friendly. The location, near the Dead Sea Mall, was excellent with beautiful views all around. The ultimate value for money considering the Dead Sea view was good, but there were some minor issues. Despite the initial challenges, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider staying there again in the future.
The hotel offers a beautiful setting facing the beach surrounded by lush greenery, making it perfect for enjoying drinks while looking out at the sea. However, the pools lack proper cleaning maintenance, there are no bathrobes, and no coffee capsules for the coffee machine provided.
